Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During Prime Drops or high-volume releases, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Prime Drop is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
