Return & Refund Policy
At Prime Dropz, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of Prime Drops and exclusive releases, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Prime Dropz.
